I voted no. Just because of a few lamers drive bying til low health doesn't mean legit drive byers and newer players should suffer. Allow two shot, punish db til low health and it'll all be nice. In addition, if they db someones health down, fine. If they get off the vehicle to finish killing on foot, lower their health to the same as the victim being lamed.

add a new rule, you can use drive-by in sticky situations like escaping from a gang etc.
but you cant abuse it to kill people like dbing all the time, simple is that.
