Why did you get that graphics card anyway?

Well, I was telling my mum about buying parts and she was like nooo.
So she went out to the store and bought this PC, 2.500. I told her it was a waste but she was like, I don't care. Anyways the guy at the store said it would be able to play COD 4 and IV with the GFX card on high settings and it definaltly can't so shes going back tomorow to talk with the dooche. xDD

The GT 120 is a re-branded 9500GT, which is a really shit graphics card (its a $60 card). I really suggest that you show your mom what you can build for $1500. Show her the specs side by side.

And... WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU LISTENING TO THE GUY THAT GETS COMMISSION OFF YOUR SALE? Please explain this

My mum just didn't want to buy parts seperate, even if it means losing lots of money.

It is really good, don't worry about it. The only crap component in the comp is the video card.

What card are you looking into upgrading to?

Well, at that moment in the shop the guy said the GFX card could run IV, COD 4 with high graphics. And since we've known this guy we bought it of to be a good salesman, we were convinced. Got home, and tried SA-MP, and the GFX hardly even run SA-MP. So were calling the manager of the store and saying that the guy said it would be able to run these games at high settings, which it doesnt. And if we don't get upgrade we will take the PC back, and knowing woosy managers they will upgrade it.

Please, for the sake of your own enjoyment on your PC and your mom's money, just buy the graphics card yourself. I guarantee hes gonna charge like $300 for a GTS 250

If you're getting it free I would sell whatever you're getting unless its something good and then get a better card.
