You can get free ammo by using /back in map zones, too. Sounds like it might be related.

The /call command in general is just a huge annoyance. I always get newbies trying to call me for no reason, even after I tell them to use /pm. :|

Simple suggestion. Just add a visible timer to the delivery minigame, like the single player has. It would feel a lot more authentic IMO.
