When I bought armour at an Ammunation in the desert (not the same interior as the LV ones), the game would remove all my armour every time I left the interior, which is incredibly annoying. The armour isn't deleted when I exit the LV Ammunations, though.
And you can't get health from a vending machine either, since 90% of them are indoors. Buying food is pointless as well. And the pickups in the VIP room...
