Those errors are because of messed up files in ur san andreas directory. It's san andreas that fails to read them (then they show up as an error in the chat window) cos they're messed up. Aka modified files.
So no, its not a server or samp error, its an error in his san andreas, and samp gets med over it
Negative mate, it happens to me and i didnt moded my game never.
Also when that error message comes up, everyone read it not just the 1 player, (mostly happens with attaching wrong object id's on your head, atleast @ our gamemode)
