I should have rephrased that but even tho you'll lift less or wont be as strong the next day, it doesnt mean you can't lift anymore.. There's an argument that you dont give your muscles enough time to heal, but the only issue here is not getting enough proteins.. Thats when """overtrain""""" occurs but even fatboy CT says its a myth  O-)
