i dont smoke, i dont drink alhohol.
I only drink creatine, protein powder, preworkouts etc.

Your world is not about to end, ask your doctor when can you start doing cardio and such exercises that dont concern weight lifting. You can get cut, lose weight, doing cardio to prepare for the best phase of your life: Bulking only, gaining size only, getting those muscles back. So you can really still work on your physique and cut down with your weight - it'll suck I know, but after that phase you'll be ready to start bulking. You will lose muscles but don't you worry about that - muscle memory is the best, you'll gain those muscles back faster than any skinny derp out there that would try to get on your level.
