Question: Are the locations of the properties changed aswell or just their prizes/incomes ?

Some interior properties have been placed outside their original locations. The majority of them have only had their price/income changed. And like previously stated, new properties have been created and are still in the process of being created in order to compensate for the lowered prices.

On another note, my property which was on the ship has been removed - Gibbs moved it from the VIP room to the ship a couple of weeks back, now it's gone completely.

You were on the list so I didn't delete yours. However, if LVP's property limit has really gone down to 400 then about 40 - 45 properties have been deleted, including yours. We'll get all that sorted out soon.
