You guys need to remember, working out is *basically* worthless without a proper diet. If you're serious about bulking up, proper protein intake is absolutely essential. Also, having a six-pack looks disgusting if you don't build up the muscles around it, such as the laterals or the pecs. Hey, even biceps/triceps help. I know 'quick' exercises seem like the best option, but honestly, going to a gym, getting adivce from personal trainers and working your way up is definitely worth it.
