Ab Workout

Do it for 4 minutes (not 3) every day, following only steps 1 to 3 for a month, most of you, except for the fat ones (looks at Maddolis) will have at least a 4 pack, when just tensing, not just after a workout when your blood is pumping faster.
But: non stop, no getting tired in those 4 minutes, and no letting your feet touch the floor!

I've done it for a month and there is definite results, from my old 'flat with lines' pack.

Uhh, sounds awesome, but im concentrating more on the muscles in my  left-mouse click finger.

Great workout. Have in mind that exercises like these achieve better results with a healthy diet.

I've cut down on my sugar consumption, and that alone has led to a noticeable result.

@Munch: Same here, just to everyone else that wants quick, no bullshit workout for abs, because summer is pretty much here =]

Mine came pretty quick. I was always really skinny, still am, but started doing workouts, as a PE lesson, and noticed I had a little bump on my arms...was so proud. And then I started building it up and it's got me to where I am now. All I did was 100 situps every couple of weeks when I could be arsed, weight lifting and 10 press-ups every few hours. And before I knew it I could see what I thought at the time was 6 packs, was only 4, and very hard to see unless I work hard to see it, now I can see my 6 with ease and have mountains on my arms.

Am working towards 8 now.

Well since everyones being mature and not "00 internet tough guy", thought I'd just show my results after 3 weeks, take in mind im only 16 so im kinda not huge

@munch: how is a eight pack possibe, would there even be room? And nudie, i dont date virgins, oo, ouch, etc.
