Bullshit, forcing V-Sync on and off has nothing to do with nvidia or ATI, ofcourse its possible with both drivers.

I dont know how to do this with an ATI card because i have a Geforce, but you should try in the CCC searching "advanced settings" or something, and forcing off "V-sync" or "vertical synchronization".

Hey Dan_, next time read stuff better from your source. This is for both Nvidia and ATi.

For ATi:

"Advanced" -> "Wait on vertical sync" -> "Always off"
