Thanks mate, It can take as long as you want if you buy heaps of patches at once and sit down and sew em all on will take no time, Mine took me a while because I looked for certain patches because some are rare/not made anymore, They're mostly embroidered patches, some are printed, They're all attached separate to the jack itself and I got a 3mm punch to use my screw spikes on it 
and I got patches Germany, USA, and Australia mainly, I've got heaps more then what you've seen in my posts I plan to start a second jacket soon.
