im not so good in this stuf.. how can i geth my photo here?

Upload it to an image hosting website, for example TinyPic

Then after it has uploaded it'll give you a link (well various links, choose "Direct link") copy that link. Come back here, click on the button above your post box named "Insert Image" .. it's the one with the little picture on. It'll give you some BBC image tags

insert the link you just copied in between the two IMG tags, and click "Post".
