Feb. 22, 1:44 p.m. Turchynov appointed acting prime minister.
Parliament breaks until 4 p.m. (9am EDT), expected to vote on impeachment of Yanukovych then.
Feb. 22, 2:12 p.m. Yanukovych staff appear to have destroyed/attempted to destroy documents in Presidential Palace.
Feb. 22, 3:06 p.m. Not KyivPost, but BILD's Paul Ronzheimer reports "Yanukovuch ready to resign" Link[2] . Rumblings from several smaller media outlets saying the same.
