We regard these actions as wanton aggression by extremists who are trying to lay the blame on law enforcement, although all sensible citizens have long understood that the use of force only provoke opposition leaders. As part of the counterterrorist center at the Security Service of Ukraine signed me appropriate orders - issued by law enforcement agencies combat weapon and it will be applied in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Militia":
• to protect civilians from attack that threatens their lives and health , as well as the release of the hostages;
• to repel an attack on a police officer or a member of his family if their life or health is threatened;
• to repel an attack on protected objects convoys accommodations citizens, public facilities and public enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as their release in case of capture, etc.
Dying in the streets not only law enforcement, but also civilians. Massacre in Kiev and in the western region of the state. Krushat criminals all around, grab institutions and shops, set fire to cars, administrative and residential buildings. Leaders of the "right sector" incite people to arm themselves and capture state institutions.
MVD requires extremists voluntarily surrender their weapons and return to the framework of peaceful protest. But opposition leaders and representatives who are able to soberly assess the situation - to dissociate themselves from the radicals and not to support them further.
Militia - an armed body of executive power, and the law allows the use of force, special means and weapons. And not a single democratic country where police agency would show such restraint and tolerance.
But the task of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - to maintain law and the police is able to restore order and peace in the country.
