I do believe that to be a part of this, yes.

His behaviour is just unfit for an admin. He abuses his powers, simple. It's not about taking him down or some shit, it's just that he's incompetent. Two times I've been banned, two times by him and because of the same thing. Wrongfully, I forgot to mention. Thanks for paying attention.

I don't know both those reasons but if you are referring to the no-reload due to the fire; doesn't sound very wrong. Either way, this is in the past and I'd rather look at the future now.
