I read half of it and got the gist of what the author was trying to do.
There are parables in every holy text and each one of them, when trying to prove the existence of the nonexistent, can be torn apart with modern science and philosophy.
tl;dr version:
"The world is so magnificent and complex and obviously fit for us, there's no way this could've happened by accident. It was all made for us."
Responses may include:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evolution
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planet
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star
Or any science textbook aimed at a 15 year old.
