Not quite sure if I got your point there, but usually you need to apply energy for atoms and molecules to organize. In other words, if you don't apply energy molecules will get more and more un-organized (way simplified, not sure how to explain shizzle in english).

But I think this is going off-topic. If there would be someone to start up a new thread about Evolution, with a well-organized startpost introducing different theories backed up by references and videos to offer a solid foundation for a discussion that would be great.
