Don't get me wrong it's a nice program .. but for PC's with less power foobar3000 is fantastic, it gives no noticeable drop in performance .. if I try and run winamp with SA:MP + GTA I get quite a substantial amount of FPS lag.
Quote:It's the only media player I've tried that manages to file my 50,000 plus tunes in its library for instant access, without choking my 2005 Athlon XP 3000/1GB RAM PC at all. Great stuff, for music loving geeks. Congrats on launch of version 1, Jan 2010.
Quote:Very powerful, no nonsense, low footprint audio player. Tons of settings, options and plugins. Outstanding software!
Quote:This media player is for the power users amongst us. It uses about 1/4 the memory that Winamp uses. Which is a major plus. It is loaded with features including a file converter and an extremely flexible interface.
Seems there is a new version out which I never knew about ... hmm.
