You, as someone who actually gives computer advice, should know that it doesn't do a damn thing to system resources, never mind startup time. Whatever slowed down your system was obviously something a bit more destructive than a 2.6 megabyte program that takes up less resources than opening up "My Computer."

You see that 0.76? That's literally the highest usage of CPU WhatPulse ever hogs up. That's less than one percent.

I've been using WhatPulse since last year and my startup time is (and always has been) around five to ten seconds. Literally. It does absolutely nothing to hog either startup time or system resources. Anyone who believes it does is a fool.
