In the lowerright of the message is a link which says 'REPLY'. Press that. For as far as your problem goes, I got no clue. You could try to reïnstall GTA:SA or update your video & audio drivers.

It's caused by the number of vehicles we planted in Las Venturas. They need to be spreaded more over the 3 citys.
