If Mr.Khan isn't going to fight in the tournament , I think that Captain should replace him. There's nothing to do here with the other servers as long as he isn't caught cheating in lvp,or even if he was,he is unbanned now.  That's my thought.

I do not understand how you keep your personal biases in this. 

Organisation of an event should be based on equality among all players... personal issues/thoughts should be kept aside while organizing and participating in an Event as sign of faithfulness and maturity also it's the way how an event should be organized properly.
