Weight-Lifting
i turn 20 in august and i havent been to gym for like 2 months because of university studies + getting drunk when i was free.

i didnt lose any strenght at all which surprises me, infact i got stronger, whoever is not working out in his 20s will probably regret it because thats when we're at our peak (physical-wise)

Perhaps you weren't giving your body enough healing time while working out.
It sometimes happens, people will work out every day or second day while lifting heavy and not using steroids, and in the process, won't give their body the time required to heal and build the muscle. Occasionally they can take a month off lifting and build a little muscle and strength.
It's perhaps more likely that you've just had a few psyched-up workouts recently though.

yet I do know more about this subject than u ever will, unfortunately uve never studied on any good university and u probably have a crappy job

if u'd have any idea about anything that is happening with intracellular muscle cell inspiration u'd know that whole "have rest days or u wont have any gains" is a myth if you have a good decent diet and a good schedule.

if you had a top-notch university degree as you imply you'd do something useful instead of being a cunt over here
