I dont train for mass atm, i train for symetrical achievements. If i wanted to look like you, all i need to do is eat pork, cakes, lift everything with bad form that could get me injured, and thats it lol.

Difference between bodybuilding and powerlifting bench press style

in short words: Bodybuilders isolate the chest movement with bench press so only chest activaved.

Powrlifters : closegrip so bicep + tricep is involved thats why u can go like 200kg.

I bet if u try bodybuilder form, all u could so is like 130kg. lol.

so much errors in ur previous post that i barely know where to start.
first of all u cant bench press with only chest activated, shoulders and triceps are still heavily involved
2nd biceps isnt doing any actual work only stabilizing which wont give u big biceps lol
3rd i did 130 kg when i was 15 or something, the difference isnt so big that it make a 70-80 kg difference in weights, any idiot that has trained longer than a month realizes this
4th u will always be a twig if ur afraid of putting weight on bar + body
