depends on the day. But around 200-300g of protein a day. Most of it comes from the meet i eat, becouse i eat alot of meet sometimes my shit gets so tuff that it busts nuts in my ass.
Working out 3-4 times a day at a gym. And mostly everyday at home doing pushups.
Since january im 3-4 days when im at the gym doing cardio for 20mins.
On the free days i do jogging at home when im not bored.
