In this ban appeal, I saw Richard(admin) saying that [sLK]Violax was the one who was actually cheating and [BA]Destroyer was wrongfully banned. What did Violax do? I'm asking this question to the management

That to me looks like you're getting involved. Trying to find out about a ban is getting involved. Perhaps you have no intention to do anything once you get an answer but asking for the answer is getting involved.
