Oh, if you wan't to you should do the same thing but only add *Im gonna lucid dream* or *Im aware of dreaming the person i am right now is the same as in my dreams* etc... in your thoughts.

I remember one time I had a lucid dream. I had a dream that there was a cup on the corner of a table or counter and that it was falling. So for some reason I went to jump to catch it and then I was jolted awake. I almost ended up hitting my bf in the face but I managed to scare the shit out of him.

My question is, what's the difference between lucid dreaming and just laying in bed with your eyes closed imagining things?
