I'm not certain what they mean with that, I see it as non-home hosted (i.e. dedicated).
It's not by filters though, you have to buy a spot or something.
Perhaps only dedicated can buy one.

hosted tab = list where your server can get on if you pay kye and woet a couple of bucks per month
official tab = i dont exactly how you could get your server on that list but it was nearly impossible, only long-excisting servers with a good rep n shit were on it (lw/lvp and some stunt servers, ls roleplay, the famous servers). atleast they didnt have to pay
