I noticed the flashing thing when i tried out the 10x distance mod in 0.1b where it still worked for me.

Atm it simply wont work in samp (atleast for me )

Well .. if I'm being honest ... I think it actually does. Unless it's wishful thinking, I felt some reduction in lag, and I didn't see any flashing/reloading GFX .. which I normally do .. I see stuff reloading alllllll the time, but with this I see none

I recommend.

Maybe because your PC is already leet <_>

As the readme says, "you're ready to play with tons of mods", as this file stops any texture problems after installing too many mods. It happens with EVERY person, it's the game.
