I think health on the balcony is what would work best, (too bad Sprunk machines aren't placeable.) I also think locking out the transport commands is also a very good idea.

If we do move it to Balcony, I think we should change it to Pickup type "15", That way it wont respawn!

What the hell is the point of that? Leave it like all other pickups...

Not sure if this is possible or its been mentioned yet. How about the health pickup be inside the Gang House, and only the Gang members can enter the house? Put the weapons in there too. My gang has owned the base alot, and from my understanding those things are meant for the gang members who own the place, anyway. I feel the Gang Base owners should have an advantage and if you want to take over you have to actually earn it.

That's pretty good, and when there's a gang fight currently going on the gangbase locks up.. :)
