For system speed improvement, you could do this:
Try downloading Glary Utilities (http://www.glaryutilities.com/) and make a cleanup + registry defrag. Diskkeeper will also speed up your pc if you use it wisely, since it auto-defrags disks (i configured it so it does that everyday in the early morning, like 5 am) and puts files in a smart order for reading (most of the defrag programs or the windows one won't do that).
