i had 2GB of ram i don't know what happen to the other one  :?

Have you tried optimizing? Heres some things you should do immediately.

- Go and download the antivirus (free) I linked you to before.

- Run a system scan see if you have any viruses.

- Defrag your HDD.

Also if your system has been on (as in on, powered up, always plugged in and running) for a long period of time, restart it.

- Download CCleaner and run a cleanup.

Automatic Windows Updates being enabled + Windows Security Center have been known to slow systems down after a reformat. Try disabling them and see if that helps. ;)

graphic card is bad and you should install your drivers. this graphic card is not for gaming + vista even lags more with it. best os to use to play sa-mp with this gfx card would be xp x64
