Need Help With My Computer

Ok I'm Having Some Problems with My PC since when i re-intall windows is Really Slow Do you Guys Have Any Suggestions You know how can i make it more faster also My ping goes to 208 to 249  Post Something So you Could help me  and also i have Windows vista and i have windows 2000 settings this setting makes my computer more faster  this setting increase the windows perfomance :)

Can you remember if you changed/installed anything before it started going slow?

yeah i re-install windows vista but before i re-intall i had made some configurtions to the network and also the performance :O i think when i re-intall windows i made more slower :S

Did you backup your drivers before you reinstalled?

If not, I recommend performing a scan with DriverScanner and see if anything comes up.

What about posting your hardware? If you got a shit comp its no surprise that Vista doesnt run smooth, lol.
