Maybe because they were just guesses or he actually knew some of it was gonna happen "Biggie's Death" because he was in on it and planning it before he was dead.
At the end of the day idc if he's alive or dead,2pac is vastly overrated imo and never really did anything for me apart from bore me ¬¬
