Your sure ? You know its hard to tell if a lagger is toggling because his hitbox changes regularly. But if your that sure that they were toggling, did you report them. ?

They aint toggle, because if they did that you would see that in e diffrent way. They are just mega laggers, and have a look at they're ping and you figgure out where the hitbox is.
