Hooligan was a creative genius who knew exactly how to get under anyones skin if he needed. The first thing I learned from his was that intimidating an opponent was the best way to own them.

I know the REAL Hooligan. He was extremely intelligent, loyal and supportive, and had an incredibly warm heart. I never liked sa-mp so I played side-by-side with Hooligan for almost 3 years in IV, he made me better. I have beaten the best players in IV because of Hooligan. I had also made a great friend in him we used to talk for hours after games and I will miss this boy so much!

29 years old is way to young to die. But what does this mean for [W]? [W] will keep going hard man fuck what you think. Hooligan will always remain the leader of [W] and his spot as #1 on the roster will remain forever.

He was the best leader any clan could ever have. Why else would [W] be the oldest and most successful GTA clan of all time? He had this shit going for almost a fucking decade! I know what Hooligans wishes are and I know what he is doing. If I know him, hes sitting over me watching this and saying "FUCK YEAH BANG BANG!!!! [W] BITCHES, BRING IT NINNY BOISSS!!!" Hes guiding us into war and haunting our enemies. Fuck cheats cunt, I have a fucking spirit guiding my hand in every game I play, what the fuck can inspire someone better than that?

[W] for life bitches, fuck that shit. Hooligan has by now overthrown satan as the ruler of hell, word. Hes running that shit and owning fucking demons making them his bitch! How do I know? Thats [W] fucking mentality. If you want to question that come to IV and see me, I dare you.
