200grams of cottage cheese
4 egg whites
100g oatmeal
2 bananas
tastes like fucking weird horse cum but good for my muscle jesus fuck that was horrible.... next time gotta add some canned tuna to the whole SHIT lol... id record then drinking my self cuz that would make me puke hard
