The hell you use condoms for?
Haven't really saved anyone elses life in a special way, but the closest is when i drove my snow plow off the road to not hit a guys car, he came at me in a turn, with too much speed. If I hadn't drove as far out as I could, the plow would been like a box opener on his car.
