How are you meant to prove it? Read my post again, I never said he was all synthol. I highlighted twice (in my posts on the first and second page) that it's harder to tell with people that actually have a lot of actual muscle, because they don't look as deformed as synthol abusers.
Anyway, the trick generally is looking at the triceps. If they have an abnormal shape (and there are many different times in that video where his arms have an odd shape, both when tensed and relaxed) then they may've been using synthol.
