Started watching the first season like a month ago and now I've just finished watching the 8th episode of season 5, can't wait to see the rest of the season! Imo seasons 1 and 2 were most of the time pretty boring but seasons 3, 4 and 5 have been really exciting!
Haha I did exactly like u, watched all of the seasons within a month or soThe show is pretty addicting once u get into it. I've had several 4-5 hour breaking bad marathons when I was supposed to watch only one episode

I just started watching from the beginning last night in order to get ready for the final (half) season.
Watched the first two episodes, soon my girlfriend will be in the same boat you are. It's amazing to see just how much certain characters develop.
