  - Fake techno (this is why techno is a misleading term in the mainstream- it's 90s dance music)

  - Dance (Eurodance, Euro House)
  • Example: YBZ - Now that I found you
    
  • Example: 2 Fabiola - Lift you up
  - House (real house, as it should be generally known today)
  • Example: Phats & Small - Turn around (Olav Bosaki Mix)
  - Happy house (dance #2 - I'm sure it needs no explaination)
  • Example: Aqua - Roses are red
  - Trance (European trance, uplifting trance)
  • Example: Ian Van Dahl - Castles in the sky
    
  • Example: Paul van Dyk - For an angel
    
  • Example: Vincent de Moor - Fly away
  - Progressive trance
