You paid $50 for that? You got ripped. The 4350 is a HTPC Card and nothing more.

Edit: Oh and yes it will fit into an open PCI-E slot, which you should have.

If he bought it for $50 then he most likely got it from a retail store, for someone of his age he may not know how to order online or have anyone to do it for him, the 4350 isn't that great of a card but will work for SA:MP and some DX9 games, but is definitely not a card for hardcore gaming.
