Something you lot seem to forget is that we don't just ban when seeing the word nigger or so. There has to be a context. If someone just takes it from a song that he hears in the game, they can simple explain that (again, context), it can be verified, they get warned to be careful with it, and done we are.
In the case of Fat_Cobra here, it can, as I said, be taken in 2 ways which are these 2: "No African, faggots." or "No, African faggots." It really depends on how you read it. That's the downside of not using proper capitalization.

Here it's pretty obvious he is not using it in a friendly way.


Also, on the topic of swearing, I don't mind swearing. If people die and say "Shit" or "Fuck" or whatever, nothing I would mute for. But if they flame the person that killed them, with for example "Fuck you, moronic piece of shit", I will mute them. It's easy as that. You know the rules, you come here to play. We welcome you to play but there simply are rules.

That's debatable I guess, seeing as your story does not match how the thing really is. You see that your crew bans people whenever they see the word nigger, no matter in which context it was spelled out. For example, if someone quotes a song like "nd im gangzta n shit wiz ma niggaz", they get straightly banned for it, nobody in the crew would spend their time hearing out the explanation, in fact, the person who said that, wouldn't care explaining, in his opinion he just quoted a song.

Some people use PM system to swear at each other. And they get banned for using those known words as well. How on earth does a PM system compare to mainchat? For example, I'd flame someone in PM system, some crew member would read it and ban me for it. I just can't get to the point of this.
