isnt that the famous ped mod that makes the characters get a other run/walk animation what gives you more speed,
and is concidered as cheating on some servers os far i heard, or its just visual modification?

nah the ped mod is something diffrent and actually that ped mod just changes the death animation and makes you walk faster with weapons like combat, M4 and sniper and ppl on GTAT say it makes you slide more.

The mod from iou's pic is called outfit mod and it just adds the current weapons to your body.
It's not allowed on GTAT since there are generally mods like cleo and .asi not allowed.
