1) Download TXD Workshop
2) Open gta3.img and search for the crosshair.
3) Export the .txd as .bmp
4) Edit the .bmp
5) Import it again and save

This was how I did it in GTA VC, no idea if this works in GTA SA too but it should

[20:38:30] <WindowsNT> i just said hello to a friend and instead of "long time" i wrote "unsigned long time"
