Just a little clarification for those who misunderstood this paragraph...
See how the introduction sentence points out that they (the developers) have been working on 2.91? Yeah, that means the next sentence is going to give further information about it. In short, the features that are included with the "SaveInfo handler" are for 2.91, not this update.
