GANG TERRITORIES in LVP

Imo the idea of gang territorys is hard to implement into the LVP gamemode - in my opinion it would be the better decision to just make the gangbase help the gangs more, so the fights around it will automatically take place.

Maybe make it like this, whatever gang owns gangbase should get:

* +5 health, armor per minute
* +10 bullets for all weapons per minute
* +12500$ per minute
* Gangbase owner (he alone) should get +10 health, armor per minute
* Gangbase owner (he alone) should  get 25000$ per minute

Then, change price of gangbase too.

Cost: $5.000.000
Earnings: 101.337$ per minute

Making the gangbase a really comfortable and worth-buying property for gangs, they will automatically defend it.
