Bugs in 2.94.10

All the bugs from 2.94.9 still exist, so I'm re-posting them here with a few additions.

That is because we have .9 running at the mainserver, the update crashed to often so we had to revert.

I tested these bugs on the test server, which is running on 2.94.10. They still haven't been fixed.
I'm not sure if all property flags were added, since there are no properties on the test server.

There's an annoying bug with weather. Whenever you join the server it has a foggy weather, even though for the other it might be clean at the moment.

The way I used to fix it was by switching to another world and then re-joining the main world.

It has occurred and been reported in other versions before, however I never really knew if it got completely solved. Today I joined the server for the second time and it happened.

It seems that today Id's starting from 64+ spawn in a red gang can't move etc.

well Today i was playing (After a long time)

1) Gangbase still messed up .. u cant enter it. even if u bought it.
2) AUTOTURF CAPTURE!.. (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD) REMOVE IT! OR MAKE IT TOGGLABLE! ..
3) i saw floating weapons again.(maybe cuz of my ping)

- /idm, the sniper does not make any damage, I tried this 3x and  could've only kill players with m4, knife and mp5.

Teams should be able to see other team healthbar, or only teammembers can see eachothers healthbar.

-/idm, sometimes when I spawn I can't see anything infront of me, I think the spawncam should be fixed.
Also I think the text message of what the teams mission are goes to fast.
