Admins can be in a gang, and they can be in a clan. They can't be in a clan on the Admin account, which is when they create an alt. They can be in a gang on the Admin account (doesn't require a tag) but they can't be Administrating at the same time I think.

And this is a GANG, not a clan. Clan members can be in a gang, unless the member's clan disagrees with. So the people on the list in a clan (Qwerty, Wazza, Scream etc) can still be in the B&A gan.
