$400? Jesus Christ, get a console instead. That's just absurd if you want a fully new desktop for just that amount. Also, people are trying to give you advice (Rien, for example), and what do you do? You attempt to make a joke. With an attitude like that you can go home again.

FiNaL, all you really need is a new video card. You would just have to make sure your have a good enough power supply to run a newer card. To check the PSU, you will have to open your comp and read the label on the unit itself.

lol, when I bought my pc my video card was €580,- ($793,-). (MSI ATi Radeon HD4870 X2 2GB)
